Guided Meditation: Positive Energy and Mindfulness

Welcome to this guided meditation on tuning into positive energy.

This meditation is led by Noah Scott, founder of The Big Possible.

We always have a choice to accept positivity into our mind And the more we choose to feel this energy over fear or judgement, the more this becomes our constant state of being.

And so today, we will exercise letting go of the thoughts that inhibit us from accepting positivity and become more familiar with this sensation that is always available to us.

As we begin, go ahead and sit comfortably with your spine up tall Relax your shoulders, your belly and your thighs Shift back slightly so your head and your shoulders sit directly over your hips.

Close your eyes and feel into the connection between your hips, or your legs, and the earth To energize the mind, you will start with a few dedicated, intentional breaths.

With the inhalation, breathe in a sense of energy and awareness. Reach the body upward, straighten the spine, and open the chest. With the exhale, let go of sleepiness and distraction.

Allow yourself to get further settled into your seat An on your inhale, notice the energy you receive back from the earth Feel how your connection to the support underneath you helps you feel tall, awake, and alive

Exhale with gratitude for your choice to be here now Remain connected to the body and the breath, inhale gently, imaging your breath reaching every nook and cranny of your body

Exhale and allow yourself to maintain a natural breath
Feel how the body seemingly breathes itself
Notice into the wonder of the rise and fall of your chest
The wonder of this continual movement of breath...
