Manifesting Abundance and Positive Thinking

Today, in this guided meditation, we’ll be exploring the practice of calling forth abundance in your daily life, and reinforcing your thoughts with positivity and gratitude.

With consistent practice, the skills we practice, become easier - more powerful.

Today we practice manifestation. Through consistent practice, we can begin amplify this attracting power.

Aligning yourself with the loving energy of the Universe so that you manifest the changes

you desire in the world around you.

And so , before we begin, congratulate yourself, for making the choice to be here.

Now, take a moment to allow yourself to settle in, find a place sitting or lying where you can relax in stillness.

Release any of those urges to move, Let your shoulders release any tension, feel your jaw relax

And then, let the natural pull of gravity, bring you to a place of stillness.

The ability to manifest lies within you.

meditation is not about clearing your mind. 

Meditation is training your mind to perform in line your intentions, instead of being swept away by distractions

And you notice yourself drifting away from your intentions, you can always come back to your breath.

Our breath has been there since the moment we are born, and every day, every moment it is there.
