One of the most downloaded education podcasts, hosted by senior executive of multiple organizations

Background

In partnership with K12.com and Stride Learning, our team took the production of the What I Want to Know podcast starting from season 4. We did what we do best: we took an already great product and converted it into an amazing one. With the mission of turning to innovators across education, workforce development, and more to ask: “How can we do better?”, this podcast series is one of our most professional works.

Highlights

  • Refreshed the branding and graphics across all media.

  • Secured interviews with high-profile personalities, such as U.S. senators, commercial astronauts, chancellors, CEOs, and more.

  • Atomized the raw footage of each episode into many new forms of content, such as mini-episodes, social media clips, quote graphics, and more.

  • Redefined the full-scale, remote production and distribution strategy across major platforms.

  • Enhanced audience engagement through new strategy on scripts and talking points.

The Project

Our comprehensive involvement with the podcast featured an end-to-end execution of production and branding, including:

  • Refreshed Branding: Gave all the graphics new aesthetics with a more modern look and adjusted outdated and impractical elements.

  • Guest Pitching & Outreach: Designed press kits, sizzle reels, & outreach campaigns to book over 30 guests in 6 months.

  • Guest Coordination: Handled all administrative aspects of guest booking, making it seamless for the host to show up and interview.

  • Pre-production: Coordinated with the host, the client, and the studio over 20 recording sessions (and counting), including flights and gear shipping.

  • Media Production: Not just full episode edits, but also Instagram reels, videos for LinkedIn and X, social media posts and stories, and quote graphics.

  • Social Media and Promotion: Generated engaging social content along with custom crafted guest co-promotion kits to maximize exposure.
